VNE provides a comprehensive benefits package that allows employees to tailor it to fit their needs.
401(k) – VNE’s 401k plan is a Qualified Automatic Contribution Arrangement (QACA) Safe Harbor Plan. Under this plan, VNE is required to match 100% of each employee’s deferral up to 3.5% of employee’s total compensation. All safe harbor matches are fully vested after two years. VNE’s 401k plan is offered to all employees over the age of 21. Employees are eligible to begin contributing during their first pay period.
Health Insurance – VNE offers all full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week the choice of enrolling in one of two Anthem BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) plans offered by VNE. VNE offers a traditional PPO plan and a Health Savings Account (H.S.A).
Dental Insurance – VNE offers all employees working 20 hours or more per week the option of enrolling in Delta Dental of Virginia.
Life and AD&D Insurance – All full-time employees are automatically eligible to enroll in Anthem’s Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance.
Weekly Income and Long-Term Disability Insurance – VNE offers at no cost, weekly disability income insurance and long-term disability insurance to all full-time employees working 30 hours or more per week.
Tuition Reimbursement – VNE will reimburse all full-time employees up to $5,250 per year for undergraduate or master’s level course work upon successful course completion.
Paid Time Off – The amount of PTO earned by employees is based on years of service with VNE.
Holidays – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of paid holiday time each calendar year. VNE observes the following holidays:
